The S.H.E.R.O. Virtual Summit was created out of necessity. During the height of COVID in 2020, we felt the need to educate and uplift women during that trying time. Today, the Summit is still going because we actually loved it last year and wanted to bring it back to you ladies again.
The Summit will be Co-hosted this year.
Friday will be hosted by the current National S.H.E.R.O. Program Director, Rabbina Banks.
Saturday will be hosted by the S.H.E.R.O. Committee Co-Chair, Tamara Parker.
Meet Rabbina Banks, Your Summit Co-Host
With over 15 years’ experience in Retail, Tech and Coaching, Rabbina has been fortunate to learn from some of the most successful and brightest minds in the world of Finance, Consulting, Empowerment and Motivational Speaking.
Over the years, she has spent countless hours trying to do it on her own without a lot of success. From quick fixes to complex strategies, she's tried it all. It wasn’t until she started following the experts that it all made sense.
The knowledge, experience and success of these experts is quite unbelievable. She went from being a novice to an expert by following their example.

Meet Tamara Parker, Your Summit Co-Host
Born and raised in Norfolk, VA, after some personal reflection on the direction she wanted to go in life, she decided to join the United States Army. Tamara honorably served as a soldier in the U.S. Army for six years in Baumholder, Germany and Okinawa, Japan before an honorable discharge in 2010.
In 2013, her business Phone Case Fetish was born in Owings Mills, MD. She began this business out of a desire to have a phone case that truly expressed her unique personality. Being her own boss was exhilarating. However, she was in the habit of trying to figure things out on her own and it became difficult to get out of the box that was designing customized phone cases. She needed more!
In 2018, she started to invest in her business by pouring herself into design and business-related courses and tutorials and by 2019 a rebrand was in order. This education coupled with the resilience she developed overcoming the curve balls life threw her way, T Dot P Bling & Things has become much more than just phone cases, it’s a lifestyle!
The great thing is, you can join the summit from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a computer, internet access and, if you want to ask questions, a microphone. In addition, We’ll be recording each call and taking notes so if you cannot make it to every live call, you will have access to the recordings, transcripts and notes. This allows you to absorb the information at your own pace.
